October 29, 2024: Restorative Practices: How do we develop restorative practices in our programs?

All Stamford providers working with young people, are welcome to attend our 1st quarterly meeting for FY25.

Restorative Practice provides the necessary information for establishing the conditions for developing and nurturing a culture based on high-quality relationships among all community members and positive, high-quality communities in programs. Restorative programs are calmer, more collaborative, happier and more productive. They experience fewer (mis)behavior issues, have better attendance, and need fewer consequences. Come learn about this framework!
