Cultural Humility: A Path to Inclusive Youth Development

Cultural Humility is a lifelong process of self-reflection, learning, and addressing power imbalances to foster inclusive environments. This training will enhance the effectiveness of youth development professionals by facilitating inclusive and equitable safe spaces.

  • Agenda:
    • Training 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
    • Networking/Resource Sharing 12:30 to 1 p.m.
  • Trainers:

    • Denise Thomas, MPA
  • Location: Domus Kids, 83 Lockwood Avenue, Stamford.
    • Park on the street or in the back parking lot off Frank Street; enter through front of building (buzzer entry).
