POWER Parents invites you to a Parent Support Group!

Attend these informational sessions to:

  • Learn and support how to help your child  with mental health challenges.
  • Learn better practices to support your child and share changes.
  • Learn where to improve access to Mental Health Services.

Sessions will be held the following dates from 6 to 7 p.m. at Building One Community, 417 Shippan Avenue, Stamford.

  • April 10
  • April 24
  • May 8
  • May 22

Sessions are FREE and held in Spanish guided by a therapist.
